We do not currently deliver products to addresses outside New Zealand.
Delivery
Customers may collect their goods from our shop - if you select this option, we will contact you to advise of suitable collection times. There is NO CHARGE for collection. Proof of ID is required when collecting from the shop, e.g. driver's licence, passport.
Returns
Please do not return goods without contacting us first. We will advise you of the returns procedure when you contact us.
You have 7 days (after your receipt of the goods) to contact us to discuss returns.
We are unable to accept returns for perishable foods, open or used items. All products returned to us must be in their original and undamaged packaging.
The cost of returning items to us is for your account when goods have been correctly supplied.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders
can be cancelled only PRIOR to their despatch. If your order has been
shipped, and you then wish to cancel it, you will have to follow the
returns procedure (described above).
